At LoveDecode.in, all purchases are considered final.

No Return & No Refund

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Personal preference
  • Product no longer required
  • Incorrect size, colour, design, or variant selected by the customer
  • Orders that have already been shipped

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to our order-processing status.
